Infused Joints

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using infusedjoints.co ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use the Site. Infused Joints reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 19 years of age or older to access this Site and purchase products from Infused Joints. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to refuse service to anyone who cannot verify their age.

3. Products and Availability

All products sold on the Site are cannabis products regulated under Canadian federal and provincial law. Availability of products may vary by province. Infused Joints makes no guarantees regarding product availability and reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Volume pricing discounts are applied automatically based on order quantity. Payment is accepted via e-Transfer. Orders are processed upon payment confirmation. Infused Joints reserves the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected frequency (bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly). You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time up to 7 days before the next scheduled shipment. Subscription pricing includes a 15% discount and free standard shipping.

6. Shipping

Infused Joints ships to all 10 Canadian provinces. We do not ship internationally or to Canadian territories where cannabis regulations may differ. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. All packages require age-verified signature upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of cannabis products and Health Canada regulations, all sales are final once the package has been opened. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Infused Joints and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Infused Joints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
