Age-Verified Delivery
All packages require age-verified signature upon delivery. The recipient must be 19 years of age or older and present valid government-issued photo identification. If the delivery cannot be completed due to age verification failure, the package will be returned and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of cannabis products and Health Canada regulations:
- All sales of opened products are final
- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Damaged or defective products: contact us within 48 hours for a replacement
- Subscription orders may be cancelled up to 7 days before the next shipment
