Age Verification

19+ Requirement

Infused Joints is a cannabis retailer operating under Canadian federal and provincial law. All visitors to our Site and purchasers of our products must be 19 years of age or older. This age requirement applies in all provinces where we operate.

How We Verify Age

We use a multi-step age verification process:

Site Entry Gate

All visitors must confirm they are 19+ before accessing the Site. This confirmation is stored locally and must be re-confirmed periodically.

Account Registration

When creating an account, you must provide your date of birth. Accounts cannot be created by individuals under 19 years of age.

Delivery Verification

All deliveries require age-verified signature. The recipient must present valid government-issued photo ID proving they are 19 or older.

Accepted Identification

The following forms of government-issued photo identification are accepted at delivery:

  • Canadian driver's licence
  • Canadian passport
  • Provincial or territorial ID card
  • Canadian Armed Forces ID
  • Permanent Resident Card

Failed Verification

If the delivery recipient cannot provide valid age verification, the package will not be delivered and will be returned to Infused Joints. In such cases, a re-delivery fee may apply. Repeated failed verification attempts may result in account suspension.

Reporting Underage Access

If you believe an underage individual has accessed our Site or purchased products, please report it immediately to safety@infusedjoints.co. We take underage access extremely seriously and will investigate all reports.
